What ages? As young as 3 and no limit on age....we've worked with people of all ages including seniors and even nursing home residents.

NEW CLASS ALERT 💥
Lyrical dance classes for ages 9 and up combine ballet with the expressive, fluid and energetic movements of jazz and modern dance to teach students storytelling by expressing their emotions through movement; dancing to the lyrics of contemporary and uplifting music.

Recently someone told me, "I can't do ballet because I need to lose weight first and I'm not coordinated or flexible and I'll look dumb". Ballet and all dance is for everyBODY and dance doesn't care how you look. In fact dance, and especially ballet, is great for your joints and health in general.

Degage = to disengage 🩰 this foundational move helps with leg and ankle strength and will get your legs in shape quickly. 🩷
