Memorial Day Murph.
We’ll be opening the doors to the community on Monday, May 25th—free, all morning.
No pressure. No expectations. Just show up and move.
We’ll run heats throughout the morning, and stay after to hang out. Bondi Bowls will be here for recovery and community time.

not your typical class 👀
this saturday we’re running a 90-minute hybrid session — but don’t overthink it…
it’s not 90 minutes of intensity. it’s a flow:
→ pilates-based core + movement prep
→ partner workout (you’ll work with someone, not alone)
→ guided cool down + reset
→ hang after (recovery drinks/snacks + community time)
you’ll move, sweat, recover, and actually feel better walking out than you normally do.
✔️ all levels welcome
✔️ everything is scalable (yes, even the harder movements)
✔️ built for pacing, not survival
and if you’re someone who usually rushes out right after class… this is your sign to stay a little longer.
