Results from chasing dark skies for better pictures of the Northern Lights in the South. Pretty damn good I think. Took several hundred pictures that I will look at more carefully tomorrow after I get some sleep. As it stands I’ve been up since 3 yesterday morning and plan on getting up in 4 hours to hit the gym and take little Amos Moses for the big snip. 😞 but I will leave you with two of my favorites un edited.

After an interesting night at the fire station I am back at in the gym. Making some big plans for next year.. keep an eye open for them. For now concentrating on my cardio and some weight lifting and weight loss. Have to get back to race weight again. Never fun starting back but well worth it. I already feel a difference from where I was even just last week. Stay healthy my friends.

Day 1 on the comeback journey is complete. Right at 5 miles on the treadmill and just over 5000M on the rower. Over 600Cal burnt. Now to keep at it. I have more crazy s**t to do to continue to bring awareness to the effects of PTSD.

Hmmmm it all makes sense now.

Memories from the past with Yoda. A fun truck I bought from my lil brother’s friend when he was in college. When I got it the engine had a piston viewing window in it so swapped it out for a junkyard engine and went from there. By the time I was done had more in tires and add ons then what I pod for the truck. Fun times. A few quotes from when the pictures were taken:
