Find out where your athlete is today so we know exactly where to take them tomorrow.

Too many athletes jump straight into training without ever measuring what matters. For our NXT GEN program, every athlete starts with our 6-part performance assessment to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.

We tested: Veritcal Jump, broad jump,40 yard sprint, 5-10-5, 1:00 HR push ups, 6:09 conditioning.

The goal isn’t to compare your athlete to someone else.

The goal is to compare them to who they were at the end of summer.

We’ll retest at the end of summer so they can see real progress, build confidence, and continue developing into stronger, faster, more resilient athletes.

It’s not too late to get started.

NXT GEN Athlete Training at Grif-Fit is designed to help young athletes move better, get stronger, become more explosive, and build confidence on and off the field.

We focus on:

This isn’t just random workouts. Every session is built to help athletes perform better in sports and in life. Whether your kid plays baseball, football, basketball, softball, soccer, or just wants to become a better overall athlete, this program is built for them.
