Cardio does not build muscle, it breaks it down & builds endurance. Cardio isn’t necessary for fat burning, 10-12k steps can be useful, but way too many of us are focused on cardio for fat loss, but we were taught wrong. We go low carbs & calories then hammer away at cardio through dvds, running & doing hiit. If you want to burn fat, you NEED muscle. Muscle burns fat, so you have to strength train. Real strength training, most of these videos aren’t strength training, it’s just cardio with light weights. It’s not the same.

Hit your protein ( a gram per body weight ) & go lift weights & do mobility. Your body NEEDS muscle, not to be skinny.

Bulks don’t mean go eat whatever you want. You should still be eating Whole Foods, not processed garbage. Hit your protein ( a gram per goal body weight) no matter what.

I’ve lost weight starving myself & doing 2 beachbody programs on top of running. I was killing myself to look a certain way & as soon as I crashed, it all came back & then some. We have to stop making this popular, it’s not healthy. Muscle = health. Skinny doesn’t mean healthy.
