I am strong because a strong Mother raised me. Thank you for all that you do for me and our family. You are a really incredible woman I’ve always looked up to …mother, wife, sister, aunt, grandmother, friend, Girl Scout leader, Sunday school teacher, book club member…the list goes on..do you realize just how awesome you are & how many lives you’ve touched? ❤️‍🔥

Being apart, I don’t get to remind you this all the time SO I want you & the 🌎 to know it *now*. THANK YOU for always being there, being so involved in each our lives - I’m so unconditionally grateful to have you by my side as a mother & a best friend. 🫶🏻

My moms the kinda woman that each time I come home…my slippers, robe, & a delicious home cooked meal are awaiting my arrival because she’s so unbelievably thoughtful & has instilled in me the importance of the little things. 🥹💛

Fun one I wrote the other day 🫧 🛁👑 a simple free verse, syllabic meter, each line is 5️⃣ syllables.

FIRE AND FLOW. . .

Every one of us is both fire ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 AND flow🌊🌊.

We burn. We breathe.
We reach, we surrender.
We are fast & furious,
yet slow and deliberate 🙏🏻.
We Energize.
We Rest.

We all have both within us. There is a time for the fire, and a place for the flow. We will teach you to embrace them both 🙏🏻.
