"How can I get better at 🌽🕳️?" is a question that comes up a lot.

Unfortunately, there isn't a "easy button" to press that will help you improve and the honest truth is that old fashioned practice and competitive reps over time are truly the best ways to level up, but you can also gain a LOT of insight by studying the mechanics of other players. A great way to do that is to look at pictures or videos. To that end, I am sharing a few new pictures from our summer playoffs last month that you might find interesting.
Caveat - I happened to catch a picture of only a handful of players "at point of release" and a still image is only a small moment in the overall throw sequence, but the ones below allow us to learn from several things... arm path at release, hand position after release, what is happening with lower body, direction of bag flight, and more. Each image lists some observations about the above items and there are a wide range of players shown here. Maybe we'll do a Part Deux version soon to capture some similar images from many of our other players next season! Let us know if this is helpful at all!
