Had a few packages dropped off at the club today thanks to First Flight Archery LLC. If you have any needs related to archery i recommend paying John Winker and team a visit.

We will have a couple of cleanup days before our next shoot on April 19. I would like to see what days would best fit the members. I typically do this in an email but my phone is no more good. I will be recovering the emails later this week. Please message me with your preferred work days between now and then.

I would like to say thank you to all the shooters and spectators that came out to Neuse River today. We had a great turnout and some beautiful weather for an awesome time. There were many laughs and great stories told (some were questionable) but as always it was a great time. This was one of the best turnouts Neuse River has had in quite some time and we are truly grateful. We will be posting more pictures a little later.

We decided to do something a little different from the trophies we have been giving away the last few years. This Sunday we will have something a little different for the winners of each class. I would like to remind everyone of our shoot this Sunday at Neuse River Bowhunters club at 6357 Cleveland Rd Clayton. Help spread the word and grow the sport we all love so much. It is a good time whether you shoot good or not. The range is set and ready to go for our first point shoot of 2026 in the Central Carolina Archery Association.

Our annual club meeting will be on January 17, 2026 @ 2:00. We will discuss clean up and competition dates as well as go over the new schedule and rules changes put in place by the CCAA. I will be posting the schedule and classes later this week or you can visit the Central Carolina Archery Association - CCAA page for all details.
