I say it all the time , to our students and damnit to myself. If you knew how many times I’ve lined up for a tourney and asked myself “what am I doing/why am I doing this?” 🙄. But I always come out in top .

It’s natural to feel anxious/nervous , if we didn’t we’d not be human. Yet we do it scared , we do it anyway! Go forth! 👏🏽🥋✊🏽. That’s life!
