β½οΈStriker Solo Session
πEasy but Effective quick practice
1- Warm Up / Fitness w/o a ball
In this drill you will be working on agility and explosiveness, if you incorporate this drill after/during your warm you will definitely see an improvement on speed and quickness.
2- Fitness W/ a ball
Start this drill off slow and steady making sure youβre using both feet on this drill. On the way back donβt just kick the ball and run, run as fast as possible with the ball in control. This drill will work on your dribbling speed and overall ball control.
3- Fitness with a shot on goal
At this point in the youβre tired and we want to make sure youβre getting a lot of touches on the while drilling through cones and then showing some skills moves in our square and ending off with a goal.
