Throughout our Performance Teams season, we will be having weekly wellness talks during the dancers technique class. These talks involve a weekly wellness journal question and quote for the dancers to ponder on in their wellness journals! We want our dancers to be WHOLE BODY healthy and this is one small way we can help encourage that! We are SO thankful to be in a community where that is supported!!

A huge shout out and THANK YOU to Bee Well Nutrition for being the first sponsor of our Wellness Weeks! Ashley packed up Electrolytes packets and coupons for our dancers this last week to go along with our Hydration week! The dancers were so excited and were all raving about their favorite drinks at Be Well that they would use their coupons on! Thank you again Ashley for your willingness to participate and amazing sponsorship!

If your business, organization or even you individually want to sponsor one of our wellness weeks, we’re talking about everything under the sun! We would love and appreciate your sponsorship so much and it would add that little extra special something to their talks each week! Thank you for being a great community who support its youth and their well being!!
