Paulie may be our smallest team member, but he’s already taking his job very seriously.

✅ Shows up to work every day with a smile.
✅ Greets members with a wagging tail.
✅ Loves meeting new people.
✅ Boosts morale without ever taking a coffee break..but maybe a potty break.

He’s had an absolute blast getting to know so many of our amazing members already, and if you’ve stopped in recently, there’s a good chance you’ve been welcomed by this little guy.

If you see Paulie around the gym, be sure to say hi! He’s always excited to make a new friend (and he definitely won’t turn down a few belly rubs).

⭐🏈👟💨Athlete Testimonial: Alex Kerr ⭐🏈👟💨

Alex was one of those high school athletes who could do it all: run, catch, throw… he is a true athlete. Even more impressive is his character. He’s truly a great kid! He decided to take his talents to Wartburg College, where he plays football AND runs for their track team. He is a dual sport college athlete!

During high school, Alex learned a lot while training with Nick. Here is what he has to say… "Any athlete or person wanting to gain strength and confidence would be blessed to train with Nick."

Alex’s words are a reflection of the genuine person he is- and that, along with his talent and work ethic, will take him a long way in his adult life. Thanks, Alex- we’re always cheering you on!

WAVERLY, Iowa- Qualifiers for the 2026 National Indoor Track and Field Championships were announced this evening. The Championships will take place Mar 13 (Fri) - Mar 14 (Sat) at the Birmingham Crossplex in Birmingham, Alabama.

⭐🏃🏼‍♀️Athlete Testimonial: Reese Brownlee 🏃🏼‍♀️⭐

If you know track and field, you know the name Reese Brownlee. She will go down in IGHSAU history as one of the most decorated ’s🥇in track and field. She is currently starting her freshman track season at Kansas State. The Wildcats have been competing indoors since January and are beginning their outdoor season!

Huge shoutout to one of our Lake Fit athletes on a great accomplishment 👏

Paxon Roberts (8th grade) took 1st place at Districts in wrestling, and it’s no accident. Paxon is one of those athletes who shows up, puts in the work, and stays locked in and consistent with his approach to training. It’s awesome to see that hard work paying off on the mat.
