I just wanted to let you know God is good; Amari was found safely. 🙏❤️

We have finally had a chance to catch our breath and rejoice. Tomorrow, we will post a much bigger thank you because there are SO many incredible people who helped, prayed, searched, shared, called, checked in, and supported us through this.

For tonight, we just want to say THANK YOU. We love you all more than you know. ❤️

🚨 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TODAY – SEARCH FOR AMARI SANTANA 🚨

Amari Santana, 17, has been missing since Sunday night, 9/27. His mom dropped him off at Edgewater Park in Dunedin around 8:15 PM so he could go for a run. He didn't have his phone, and he never came back.

Amari is 6'0", 150 lbs, and was wearing black shorts, a white shirt, and a grey zip-up.

The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office is investigating. We're organizing volunteers to help, working in organized teams so we cover the ground carefully and don't repeat areas.

📍 WHERE: Edgewater Park, 51 Main St, Dunedin (check-in table)
🕘 WHEN: TODAY, Wednesday 9/30, at 9:00 AM

HOW IT WORKS:
• Sign in when you arrive, and you'll be put on a team of 2–10 people
• Each team gets a zone sheet with a map and a checklist: park and marina, the waterfront trails, the Pinellas Trail, Hammock Park, the Dunedin Causeway, and flyer routes out to Clearwater and Palm Harbor
• Teams text a photo of their route when they finish and sign out

WHAT TO BRING:
• A charged phone and water
• Comfortable shoes (some areas are trails and shoreline)
• A car if you can drive a flyer route
• A bike if you have one, for the Pinellas Trail

• If you live or work near Edgewater Dr, Main St, Bayshore Blvd, or the Pinellas Trail in Dunedin, please check your cameras for Sunday 9/27 from 8 PM on

GRIT Basketball is headed to Kentucky with THREE teams, and we could not be more excited for this incredible opportunity.

I want to take a moment to thank every single person who donated, supported, shared, sponsored, and believed in our girls. Because of you, we are able to provide our GRIT athletes with a wonderful experience both on and off the court.

A very special thank you to Sensible Micro Corporation, The Boxer Kitchen & Bar, and all of our amazing friends and families who helped make this possible.

We appreciate you, and we are ready to represent with heart, toughness, and of course… GRIT. 🏀🌹

🏆GRIT Girls showed up this weekend!💪

We competed in 4 divisions:
🏀 Middle School
🏀 JV (2 teams)
🏀 Varsity

Across all four divisions, our girls played a total of 12 games and finished with an incredible 10-2 record! 🔥

One of those losses came because our two JV teams met each other in the championship game—which, honestly, was one of the highlights of the weekend! Watching GRIT battle GRIT for a title was an absolute blast and a testament to how much our players have grown.

Our Varsity division was loaded with tough competition, but our girls stayed true to who they are. They fought, adapted, and never backed down. They showed what GRIT is all about—perseverance, resilience, and heart. 💪

🥈 2 Runner-Up Finishes
📈 10-2 Overall Record

I’m incredibly proud of every player, coach, and family who continues to invest in this program. The wins are exciting, but watching these girls compete for each other and continue to grow is what makes this all worthwhile.

Happy Mother’s Day to all our amazing GRIT moms! 💐🖤💙

Thank you for the rides to and from practice, the late nights at tournaments, the washed uniforms, the words of encouragement after tough losses, and for always believing in your athletes even when they doubt themselves.

You build them up, keep them focused, and love them through every win and setback. None of this is possible without you.
