Valentina's deep interest in YOGA leads her to spread her mission, which is creating human connections, wellness, and positivity in this present time.
She is teaching Yoga since May 2018, after 300-Hour Teacher Training Program @ Warrior One, Dunedin, Baron Baptiste Studio Affiliation.
She is currently teaching HOT POWER, VINYASA FLOW, and RESTORATIVE.

Cissy is a former dancer who has always had a tremendous passion and love for movement.
She enjoys the lengthening and strengthening of the body. Since the age of two she has been involved in Dance and Exercise.
She has trained in Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz and Lyrical styles. She explored many areas of Yoga and Pilates over the years and felt a deep connection to the practice. She has worked with NFL players as well as Professional Wrestlers to enhance their bodies and achieve their mental and physical health goals. She is certified and trained in Pilates, Hatha, Gentle, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga, Pre/Post- natal yoga, Senior yoga and fitness and Aerial yoga.๐๐๐ฅ

Katharine's - BIO
Katharine discovered Pilates while earning her BFA in Dance Performance from Towson University. She fell in love with the benefits of a Pilates practice including core strength, breath support, and creating length in the body. After suffering from an injury, Katharine was inspired to further her Pilates studies and teach. She received her mat certification from Power Pilates (NYC) in 2009 and has been teaching ever since. Katharine teaches a Classic Pilates style class - focusing on presenting the method as Joseph originally intended.
