Today, everything I do lives under my personal brand, Sharon Fekete, and it’s all rooted in lived experience, 30 years of sobriety, and a career spanning healthcare leadership, entrepreneurship, media, and mental health advocacy.

As a sober woman of 30 years and a business owner for decades, I know that in order to run a successful business, we must first remove the personal roadblocks we haven’t yet faced. I bring years of lived experience running medical practices, founding a consulting firm, leading a media company, and holding certifications in stepfamily coaching, adult and youth mental health first aid, and mental health and wellness in the workplace through USF. Sessions include referrals to trusted resources when needed.

Lived Experience Coaching – $150/hr
For those just struggling in life, whether it’s addiction, depression, or the pain of loving someone in crisis, who want support from someone who understands. 30 years of sobriety after surviving trauma as a young adult & depression-free for decades. Today, I live with intention & prioritize mental wellness every single day.
This is a space to speak freely, feel seen, and begin again. I support adults and young people ages 16 and up, and throughout our sessions, I’ll connect you with trusted professionals and practical, modern resources to support your healing journey.

Not sure if you even noticed but It’s been a while since I’ve posted here. All my updates have lived on my personal pages and will remain but I will share here about mental health in life and in business.

Back in October of 2023, I made an intentional decision to close one chapter and open another. I no longer wanted to run a media company, I didn't want to restructure medical practices, and I no longer wanted to host 2 podcasts. I knew it was time to FULLY shift my energy.

In 2024, I gave myself permission to pause...again. I spent time in silence, deep reflection, and meditation. I cleared some space...physically, emotionally, personally, spiritually and professionally so I could listen to what I was truly being called to do.

This page now reflects that calling: Mental health in life and in business.and here’s what I’m focused on now:
