I’m being very fussy about who I’m training with,so if you can handle being pushed to your limit,then get a hold of me & we will go from there.
Remember the more you sweat now,
The less you’ll bleed later on in life.

Kevin died after having a massive heart attack this past Wednesday night. It is a very big loss for all of us. I will miss his fun spirit around the gym. Our thoughts and hugs go out to Patti for her loss and may she feel comfort from above!

This past week we lost Kevin! Unsure of the details at this time, but May He Rest In Peace! His laughter and his energy will be greatly missed!
