I love y’all. I really do. 😂

But after years of being a trainer + holistic nutrition coach, there are certain things you can say to me that immediately make my brain go: 🤦‍♀️🫠

Or… and hear me out… you could eat like a functioning human being and let me figure out what’s actually going on.

Carbs didn’t hurt you. It’s the 🚮 carbs you’re eating at 9pm because you’re blood sugar is fighting for its life.

Patrick said you just had queso. Not that you committed a felony.

If you get bulky, can you teach me how?

Respectfully, your screen-time report disagrees. But you don’t want to talk about that in your check in…

The 14 handfuls of trail mix would like to speak

YOU WANT MUSCLE.
YOU JUST DON’T KNOW HER NAME YET.

And then at 9 PM you’re ready to eat the drywall. Interesting.

So you want me to solve a mystery with absolutely none of the clues?
Ma’am, I am a nutrition coach, not a psychic.

Your nervous system would like to have a chat.

Girl. THE TRACK IS NOT MOVING.
You keep leaving it.
Maybe stop waiting til your life is “together” to take care of yourself.

Yeah, I’ve been busy. 😂

Between working at the hospital, being a mom, training for my own goals, and just… life.. lately, I haven’t been showing up here as much as I’d like.

But here’s the thing: while I’ve been quiet on Instagram, my clients have NOT been quiet. 👏🏼 It’s been fun to really hone in on what each one succeeds with, needs more of, and just really building those relationships.

They’ve been losing weight, getting stronger, building consistency, hitting goals they didn’t think they could, and proving to themselves that they’re capable of so much more.

So instead of giving you a “sorry I’ve been MIA” post (again 😅) I figured I’d show you what we’ve actually been up to. 🤍

And if you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to start… maybe this is your sign.

08/12/2026

Thought the OG sound of this video fit perfectly 😅

“I can’t, I have kids.”

Well… you’ll never stop being a mom. 🤍

And I’m not saying you should prioritize a workout over your kids. I’m saying you don’t have to wait for the perfect season of motherhood to take care of yourself.

Because there will always be something.

A toddler running around.
A kid needing something.
Someone using your barbell as a gymnastics bar. 🫠
A busy day.
A missed workout.
A messy house.
A million things on your to-do list.

So instead of waiting for life to slow down, learn how to build a routine that works within your real life.

It might not look perfect.
It might not be an hour-long workout.
It might get interrupted 17 times.

But it still counts. And yeah, I’m working on this part too. You are allowed to take care of yourself while being a mom.

Actually… I’d argue it makes you an even better one. 🤍

I’m a real person. 🫶🏼 And sometimes real life gets REALLY full.

I’ve been pretty quiet over here for the last month (or 2 😅) because life has been happening behind the scenes — a new job, family, kids, training for my half marathon, and just trying to keep up with all the moving pieces.

And honestly? I didn’t want to come back just to post for the sake of posting. “They” say to “just post anything” and that’s not for me. I want my stuff to make sense for you guys.

I wanted to give my attention to the women I was already coaching. To show up for them. To help them navigate real life, make adjustments when things got hard, and actually get results without making fitness and nutrition another source of stress.

That’s always been the kind of coach I want to be. And while I’ve been quieter over here, I haven’t stopped working toward my own goals either. I’m still getting my lifts in, putting in the miles for my half marathon, and figuring out how to make it all work in this very full season of life.

Because I don’t believe you need a perfectly organized life to take care of yourself.

Sometimes it looks like a long run before the kids are up. Sometimes it looks like getting a workout in when you really don’t feel like it. Sometimes it looks like doing the best you can and starting again tomorrow.

That’s real life. And that’s what I want this space to be about.

So… I’m ready to start showing up here again. 🤍

I have some BIG ideas for the rest of this year: more education, more behind-the-scenes, more practical nutrition + training content, and maybe even a little something special for fall 👀

And because I want to continue giving my clients the level of attention they deserve, I’m opening just TWO coaching spots.

I want to keep my coaching personal, individualized, and actually coaching - not handing you a generic plan and sending you on your way.

So if you’ve been thinking about getting some help with your nutrition, training, habits, or just finally getting consistent…
this is your sign.

Two spots. That’s it. 🫶🏼

And if you’re new around here — hi, I’m Anna. I’m glad you’re here. 🤍

But also… if every workout feels easy, we’re probably leaving progress on the table.

The goal isn’t to break you.
The goal is to challenge you enough that one day you realize: the thing that used to kick your ass… doesn’t anymore.

Proud of my people for showing up and putting in the work anyway even if death planks, Bulgarians, bear crawls or walking lunges are on the schedule 🫶

She didn’t stay because the scale moved.

2.5 years ago she joined because she wanted to be smaller. We started with bodyweight movements and light dumbbells.

Over time, something shifted.
She stopped measuring success by a number and started noticing what her body could do.

Now she’s lifting in the 150+ club, ran a half marathon, completed a Gladiator Dash, and when I asked how she feels her answer wasn’t:
“I’m finally smaller.”

It was:
“I feel so strong.”

That’s the goal.
Not shrinking your life.
Not becoming less.

Building a body that lets you do more.
Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it 🤍

Both of these photos were taken about a year postpartum.

The difference? About 10 pounds. And a lot of life.

In the photo on the left, my focus was getting smaller. In the photo on the right, my focus was getting stronger.

What surprised me is how similar I look. I stood in the mirror and took the photo on the right the other day and instantly remembered the photo on the left.

For so long, I believed the scale would tell the whole story. But over the last year, I’ve spent less energy chasing a smaller body and more energy building a stronger, healthier one. I’ve focused on lifting, fueling my body, running, and showing up consistently instead of trying to shrink myself.

But the bigger difference isn’t what you can see.

The woman on the right has been fighting for herself. She is coming out of a long season of treading water and trying not to lose herself. Postpartum recovery. Emergency surgery. Grief. Healthcare stress. Major loss. And all of that on top of the everyday demands of motherhood and life.

The woman on the left is so proud of the woman on the right, because it started the passion to get to the one on the left.

This is a reminder that progress isn’t always measured in pounds lost.

Sometimes progress looks like more strength.
More energy.
Better habits.
More confidence.
A healthier relationship with your body.

And sometimes it looks like weighing 10 pounds more and realizing that’s perfectly okay.

I couldn’t tell you how much weight I gained during pregnancy off the top of my head. I can’t tell you my goal weight either.

But I can tell you my goals.

To be strong enough to keep up with my kids.
To build a body that supports the life I want to live.
To fuel myself well.
To keep showing up.

For the first time in a long time, I’m measuring success by those things instead.

Truthfully, this challenge exists because I need the accountability too.

No cash prizes.
No giveaways.
No grand reward waiting at the finish line.

Just 12 weeks of choosing yourself over and over again.

12 weeks of drinking the water.
Taking the walk.
Getting the protein.
Opening the book.
Spending time in prayer.
Practicing gratitude.
Doing the things we know make us feel better, even when we don’t feel like doing them.

I’m not hosting this because I’ve mastered consistency.

I’m hosting it because I know how easy it is to put ourselves last, get distracted, and drift away from the habits that help us feel our best.

So if you’ve been craving a reset, a routine, or simply a group of people committed to showing up imperfectly but consistently, come join us.

Starting June 1. TOMORROW.

No winners.
No losers.

Just people building a life they’re proud of one habit at a time.

Comment “SUMMER” or send me a DM if you’re in. 🤍

And yes, this graphic is completely AI-generated because I needed to stop overthinking and start the group. 😂 Life is wild, schedules are full, and honestly that’s kind of the whole point. We don’t need perfect circumstances to build better habits. We just need to start. 🤍

The scale can only measure gravity. It can’t measure memories, laughter, connection, or a weekend spent actually living your life.

So before you panic, scroll through your camera roll. If what you see brings joy, that matters too.

But I’m also not here to sugarcoat choices that don’t align with your goals.

There’s a difference between enjoying a holiday weekend and spending four days saying “screw it” because you convinced yourself Monday (or in this case… Tuesday) would save you.

If deep down you know some choices didn’t feel aligned, okay. No guilt. No shame. Just honesty.

Because goals are meant to last a lifetime, not only work when life is perfectly planned and routine.

You don’t need punishment today. You don’t need to “start over.”

But you do still need to show up.
Put those cookie calories to work.

Drink your water.
Move your body.
Eat your protein.
Get back to your habits.

Memories matter. And so does keeping promises to yourself.

I’m proud of the girl who kept fighting when 5’s felt heavy.

Because she started anyway.
And that’s the part people (myself included) forget… everyone you’re comparing yourself to had a Day 1 too.

Some of them started stronger. Some started smaller. But nobody started here, exactly where you are.

Be proud of your starting point. It’s the reason you’re becoming who you’re meant to be.
