Most workouts end when you hit "save" on your Garmin.

Ours doesn't.

After you finish a Rollfast workout, DOM Ai reads the file and sends you a letter-graded report. It scores how you executed the prescription: power, precision, zones, recovery, the decisions you made when it got hard. You get it the same day, while the ride is still in your legs.

Most coaching hands you workouts and waits for you to notice you're stuck. We built the daily report card on purpose, for Masters cyclists who care about Speed, Strength, and Longevity, not another season of junk miles.

You also get something almost nobody else offers at this level: a live weekly group Zoom with your coaches and the other athletes. Real talk, real cues, not a chatbot and a PDF.

On our call today, Dan put numbers on it. "Averaged 22 mph alone across 52 miles", and he didn't empty the tank. That kind of fitness shows up when you follow the week as written and get an honest grade after. Group ride averages are borrowed. Solo speed is yours.

Curious what a DOM report looks like?

If you want that loop with a coach in your corner (custom plan, weekly group Zoom, 1:1 attention, DOM after every ride), we have a few openings for new 1:1 athletes.

I got home from Florida heavier and slower. I didn't change a thing about my eating, and here's why.

This week the scale told me I got fatter and my power meter told me I got slower. Same week. Both lying.

I spent a week training in Florida heat. Nutrition dialed, more volume than I do at home, and I still watched my weight climb AND my watts fall apart. One session I aborted in 91-degree heat, six bottles in two hours, and just called it a bust.

Here's what I had to remind myself, because most riders panic right here and do the exact wrong thing:

In the heat, your body builds extra blood plasma to cool itself. That's real water weight, and it's one of the best endurance adaptations there is. Your power sags in the moment because blood is going to your skin instead of your muscles. So the heat hits you twice, but neither number is fat, and neither is lost fitness. It's the down payment on a faster engine come fall.

The worst move? Cutting calories in the exact week your body is working hardest.

I put the whole thing in this week's post, my actual Garmin data, and the story of how the heat wrecked me at a 6-hour World Championship in the desert.

Today I was coaching my friend Dre on our club ride.

I noticed she was really stiff when riding. She said "I'm like a machine".

True. I told her to loosen up her shoulders and move side to side to create some more efficiency.

Almost immediately she started riding faster.

Then we worked on some cornering technique. She picked it up super fast!

The key is keeping your center of gravity over the tires where they meet the road.

1️⃣ I tell my athletes to stay with the inside knee pointing out and intimidate the corner of the turn.

2️⃣ Load all your weight on the pedal that is down.

3️⃣ Shift your butt to the "high side" of the saddle.

4️⃣ Bend your elbows and get low, but move your shoulders are over the wheels.

Comment if you have questions!

OH yeah... Dre got a QOM 👑 when she lowered her shoulders too!
