Core workouts don’t have to be boring and they definitely don’t have to be done alone.

Medicine ball twists are a great exercise for building core strength, improving balance, and helping support rotational movement that translates into everyday life and other workouts.

Adding these movements can help strengthen your obliques, improve stability, and challenge coordination at the same time.

Plus, working out with a friend or training partner can help push you to stay motivated, consistent, and have more fun while doing it.

Getting ready to run your first 5K starts with one step at a time. 🏃‍♂️ consistency is what helps build confidence and stamina over time. Starting with realistic goals, steady cardio sessions, and listening to your body along the way.

Adding treadmill workouts into your routine can help improve cardiovascular endurance, strengthen your aerobic base, and prepare your body for longer distances.

This gets you one step closer to your goals.

A good workout starts with a good warmup. Running or walking on the treadmill before strength training helps get your blood flowing, warms up your muscles, and prepares your body to move more efficiently during your workout.

Even just a few minutes of cardio can help improve focus, increase endurance, and get you mentally ready to train.
