Countryside Kickboxer is a 60 minute class taught in a group format where I use my extensive martial arts and physical fitness background to give u a kick butt workout. I give attention to all levels and ages accepted thru the Countryside Rec Center as no experience is necessary. I do provide some used equipment so boxing gloves and a mat for stretching is recommended.
