Seated Cable Row
Here are some tips to keep in mind while performing seated cable row:
- Do the exercise while keeping your back straight and your core engaged. This will help in preventing any injury.
- Focus on pulling the cable attachment towards your bellybutton using your back muscles. Avoid using your arms to pull the weight towards you.
- Choose a weight that is suitable for you. It’s better to use a lighter weight and perform the exercise correctly than to use a heavier weight and sacrifice form.
- Breathe in as you pull the cable attachment towards your chest and exhale as you release the weight back to the starting position.

Take Flight— Dove Sports Back day has got to be my favorite day of the week to workout. There’s no better feeling than getting an additional pump in your biceps while also getting your back stronger. It can be very motivating seeing a good bicep pump after doing a set of chest supported rows or lat pulldowns.

About Maupin: U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Keith “Matt” Maupin, 24, of Batavia, Ohio, disappeared on April 9, 2004, when insurgents south of Baghdad attacked his convoy with small-arms fire and rocket-propelled grenades. His remains were found on March 20, 2008. Prior to his disappearance, Maupin served as part of the 724th Transportation Company in Bartonville, Illinois. He is survived by his mother, Carolyn; father, Keith; a brother and sister; and many other friends and family members.
