You're invited to Tivisayb's posing workshop this February 8 at LA Fitness Gulf to Bay. Men's session is from 8am to 10am, women's session from 12:15pm to 2:15pm in the Fitness Room. Non-members, don't forget the gym entry fee applies.

Martin Luther King Jr. was born on January 15, 1929. Originally named Michael, his father changed it to Martin at age 5. A prodigy, he entered college at just 15. Throughout his life, he was jailed 29 times. Interestingly, Martin received a C in public speaking during his first year at the Crozer Theological Seminary in Pennsylvania. However, by his final year, he excelled, earning straight A’s and becoming the valedictorian of his class. In a powerful speech on April 3, 1968, he declared: “I’ve seen the Promised Land. I may not get there with you. But I want you to know tonight, that we, as a people, will get to the Promised Land.” Tragically, he was assassinated the next day. The Florida Natural provides an Exceptional Opportunity to win a PRO Card in two High Quality, Firm Standing Federations, ANBF & ON-X Naturals. Registration is $85, Testing by Urinalysis is $85, Crossover Fee per entry is $65. Tanning $110. Makeup/Hair $195, Photos $80, Hotel $179 plus taxes/fees. This is an outdoor competition on Clearwater Beach. The show starts at 9am, ending at 2pm. Followed by an invitation to speak to the judges panel regarding your performance and enjoy homemade cakes & hot food. Special Award - $600 Best Poser Award to one athlete.
