Why is the EVOLT body scan useful?
1. If you feel like your weight is staying the same/going up and feel defeated… it might be because you’re gaining muscle as you’re losing fat! Using the scale will help ease some of that discouragement.
2. Does your right arm somehow feel so much stronger than the left? Can you curl 10lbs more on one arm? The scale can help you figure out if you have more muscle/fat distribution on one side! It can show the distribution in your arms, legs, and trunk!
3. Busy life with no time to stop? Don’t worry! Our scale is quick, if you download the app beforehand! Quick and simple.
What are the optimal conditions for a scan?
1. We recommend first thing in the morning, if it’s possible come before breakfast. You can definitely drink water. Not too much water or it’ll cause the results to not be completely accurate.
(If you’re unable to in the mornings, try to do the scan at the same time, under the same conditions everytime.)
2. Scan before any sort of physical activity. Anything that’ll impact your core temperature, we don’t recommend for accurate results.
⚠️WE CANNOT ALLOW ANY PERSON WITH A MEDICAL DEVICE OR IMPLANT SUCH AS A PACEMAKER TO USE THE SCALE. DUE TO THE BIOELECTRICAL IMPEDANCE ANALYSIS.
