We had a great meet at Clemmons West last night and our team was treated to a post-meet dinner at Sonic thanks to the incredible generosity of the parents of a former coach! We have one regular-season meet left so declare your swimmers and let’s make it another fun one!

Due to thunder and the pool being closed, the 11+ practice for tonight has been CANCELLED. We’ll see everyone Monday!
Make sure to sign your swimmer in for the Tuesday night meet against Sherwood ASAP! Our coaches work on entries every Sunday evening before the meet - please help them out by letting us know who will be swimming this week!

We had a great turnout this morning for our first stroke clinic of the season! Swimmers worked on their starts and finishes today in preparation for our meet this coming Tuesday.
