❤️ Don’t Drink & Drive

* Designate a sober driver or use a rideshare.

🎆 Leave Fireworks to the Professionals

* Attend a local fireworks show instead of lighting your own.

👀 Keep Children Supervised

* Never let children handle fireworks, even sparklers.

🐶 Keep Pets Safe

* Fireworks can be stressful. Keep pets indoors with updated ID tags.

🚗 Watch for Pedestrians

* Be extra cautious driving through neighborhoods and event areas.

🌡️ Stay Hydrated

* Drink plenty of water, especially if you’re outside in the summer heat.

🧴 Protect Yourself from the Sun

* Wear sunscreen, sunglasses, and take breaks in the shade.

🔥 Practice Grill Safety

* Keep grills away from homes and never leave them unattended.

💥 Dispose of Fireworks Properly

* If using legal consumer fireworks, soak used fireworks in water before throwing them away.

📱 Stay Connected

* Have a meeting place if attending crowded events, and make sure children know a parent’s phone number.

❤️ Look Out for One Another

* Check on elderly neighbors, young children, and anyone who may need assistance.

☀️🏈 HEAT SAFETY IS A TEAM EFFORT 🏈☀️

As temperatures continue to rise, the health and safety of our athletes remains our #1 priority.

Parents, please help your Titan prepare for every practice by following these important heat safety tips:

💧 Hydrate Early & Often
Start drinking water the day before practice—not just on the way to the field.

👕 Dress for Success
Wear light-colored athletic clothing and bring cleats, mouthpiece, and any required equipment.

🥤 Bring Plenty of Water
Every athlete should arrive with a full water bottle. Staying hydrated is essential.

🍎 Eat a Healthy Meal
Fuel your athlete with a balanced meal or healthy snack before practice. Avoid energy drinks and excessive sugary beverages.

😴 Get Plenty of Rest
A well-rested athlete performs better and handles the heat more safely.

⚠️ Know the Warning Signs
If your child experiences dizziness, headache, nausea, muscle cramps, unusual fatigue, or stops sweating, notify a coach immediately.

🏈 Our coaches closely monitor weather conditions, provide frequent water breaks, and follow heat safety guidelines to help keep every athlete safe.

📅 July 1, 2026 marks the official first day of the Lewisville Titans 2026 Football Season!

Every champion starts with a strong foundation, and that foundation begins with conditioning.

⚠️ IMPORTANT FIRST WEEK REQUIREMENT:
✅ Every athlete must complete 10 hours of conditioning during the first week.

🚫 NO PADS ALLOWED.
This applies to ALL players—including those who participated in Spring Football. There are no exceptions. The first week is dedicated to building endurance, strength, discipline, and preparing our athletes for a safe and successful season.

This is where champions are built.
This is where the work begins.
