We still need one more barcode scanner for tomorrow. Who's willing to help us out?

We have great news! With the short week this week, we're already one day closer to :) Did you join us at Cheeser's Palace Cafe after the 5k last week? Plan to do so this week as well! They set aside the room in the back for parkrunners, where we always have great conversations and coffee.

We need two volunteer roles filled this week:

Barcode scanner
Finish token support

Our summer rush should be almost over and our numbers have historically been below 200 in these months. Without our visitors, we need our "regulars" to step and volunteer so we can keep these events free forever.

Who joined us last week? It was another amazing free 5k, hosted right here in Clermont. We can't wait to do it again this week. As you can see from the photos, parkrun is for everyone! Run, walk, jog, or VOLUNTEER :)

Speaking of volunteers, we need a handful this week. Please let us know if you can assist with any of the following roles:

Tail walker

Our attendance has remained over 200 finishers for all of August, which has been amazing to have some many participants getting outside and being active. Please plan to join us this week! We start at 7:30 a.m. sharp and look forward to seeing you. Bring a friend or family member!

We're also in need of quite a few volunteers, as follows:

Barcode scanners (x3--YIKES!)
Finish tokens--YIKES!
Finish token support--YIKES!

A helpful reminder from our friends at West End Community parkrun. This Saturday is a “tutu” day, where we wear tutus when parkrun falls on the 22nd day of the month. Let’s see everyone’s colors this week!

Who's ready for some cooler weather?!? Each Saturday is one week closer to when it will arrive. Keep showing up and you'll be rewarded with a crisp morning eventually.
