Jen’s yoga journey started in 1991 in a recreation department basement, but it was a 2005 marathon that ultimately led her back to the mat—and straight into the power yoga community.

As a certified Jivasara and Baptiste-trained instructor, Jen doesn’t just teach a sequence; she crafts an experience. If you’ve been in her class, you know she’s the queen of universal themes, poignant readings, and perfectly curated playlists that challenge both body and mind.

Jen, thank you for always teaching us to use our breath to heal, release, and grow. We hope your day is as inspired and powerful as the space you hold for all of us!

Jenni’s yoga journey spans nearly 20 years, leading her to complete her 200-hour certification in Spring 2023. Since then, she’s been sharing her heart by volunteering her teaching at a Cleveland women’s crisis shelter.

On the mat, Jenni is relatable, thoughtful, and known for cuing her students to smile. She beautifully reminds us:

”Hold on and breathe through the difficult times; enjoy and embrace the easier times. Neither position lasts forever.”

Off the mat, she’s busy designing for clients, chasing her kids, baking, catching Lake Erie sunsets, and walking her dog, Buffy (the Vampire Slayer). 🐕‍🦺
