Happy Medal Monday - Cleveland Marathon edition!

Jennifer ran a strong race and hung tough in the extremely hot conditions!
๐ Brittany ran a 14 min half marathon PR running a 2:14!
๐ Joe ran a 21 minute half marathon PR running a 1:46!
๐ Katie ran the half marathon 17 weeks pregnant!!
๐ Coach Jen, Jarred and Stephanie all ran extremely strong races and stayed mentally tough on a brutal weather day.

What you can expect when you attend the UH Cleveland Marathon Shake Out Run presented by Rise & Reign Training + Nutrition on Saturday, May 16 at 12:00 PM:
๐ Meet at the Information Booth on Mall B (across the street from the fountain). Schedule for the day:
12:00 PM - Check-in
12:15 PM - Group Photo
12:20 PM - Group Run (a fun, easy 1-3 mile run)
12:45 PM - Refreshments plus Race Day & Recovery Tips
๐ After the run you'll receive a runner tailored goody bag, curated to meet your fueling and hydration needs: a carbohydrate rich hydration drink from , a tart and satisfying fueling chew from , plus electrolyte support from , and .

Weโre 4 weeks away from the University Hospitals Cleveland Marathon weekend, and the Rise & Reign Training + Nutrition Shake out Run on Saturday, May 16th at 12pm.
๐ Why you should attend: This is a FREE event and a great way to take in race weekend energy, whether or not you are racing on Sunday.
๐ What does it entail: The run itself is a 1.5 mile loop starting from Mall B at the start/finish area. Youโre welcome to do more or less based on your needs.
๐ What else is involved: Rise & Reign Training + Nutrition coaches will be on hand to chat with you about final race day strategy, nutrition tips and post race recovery tips. We will also have plenty of carb loading goodies as well as free product samples, courtesy of and .
