My #1 hack to someone struggling with weight loss is increasing your metabolic rate‼️
❌ Not starving yourself
❌ Not hours of cardio
❌ Not cutting carbs
✅ Eating 3-4 times a day
✅ Using cardio as a tool to burn calories
✅ Eating the foods you enjoy while staying in a calorie deficit
It's important to choose a sustainable, balanced approach to weight loss that includes adequate nutrition, caloric intake, and most importantly something that isn’t stressful to maintain!

When starting your fitness journey start small and build up from there. Maybe that means going for a short walk or doing a quick workout video at home. Whatever it is, just remember that progress is progress, no matter how small.
The hardest part is often just getting started, your future self will thank you. So go ahead, take that first step and get moving. And who knows, maybe one day you'll even be that person at the gym who knows how to use all the fancy equipment. Just don't forget to wipe it down when you're done. 👍🤝

2.) Don't Skip Breakfast: Eating breakfast can help to kickstart your metabolism for the day.
3.) Stay Hydrated: Drinking enough water can help to boost your metabolism.
4.) Include Whole Foods: Whole foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins are more thermogenic than processed foods, meaning they require more energy to digest and can help to boost your metabolism.
Eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep are all important for maintaining a healthy weight and a healthy metabolism.

Happy Monday!
Mondays are tough. The snooze button is our best friend, and getting out of bed feels like we're climbing Mount Everest. And don't even get me started on actually getting things done.
My tips for getting things done on a Monday:
Set small goals: Start with the easy stuff and work your way up.
Treat yo'self: Set a reward for yourself after completing a task!
Get a buddy: Find someone who's in the same boat and hold each other accountable. Misery loves company, and so does motivation!
And if all else fails, remember that tomorrow is a new day! So let's power through this day

A consistent calorie deficit is key to starting your weight loss journey‼️
Misinformation can lead to a lot of trial and error, especially in health/fitness.
Theirs so many options about what’s good, bad, or what approaches work best.
This is mainly the reason why a lot of us can’t achieve sustainable weight loss results.
At the end of the day, weight loss can be pretty simple when your first starting off. You will need to be in a consistent calorie deficit to get the results you’re looking for.
