Rebuild your body like a King and drop 20+ lbs

08/21/2025

Jake lost over 4 inches on his waist

Jake used to do sports like many of us and he felt like he lost fire

To be honest it is a little different when you don’t have a whistle being blown in your ear

But he pushed through and reminded himself that he’s still got that dog in him

The new found respect that he’s got for himself is at S&P all time high’s

Not only was it extremely simple but if he can do it then so can you

How I easily dropped 30 pounds and got my old body back

1. Ate foods that help maintain my testosterone

2. I did simple mobility exercises like I was a pro athlete

3. Scheduled cardio around NFL games, boxing fights, and ufc fights so I didn’t miss my sports

4. Trained every muscle so they would pop and not shrink as I lost weight

Follow me for more content on how I was able to get my old body back

Bill lost over 90 pounds in a year

He was over 290 when we started and he was 199 when we finished

It wasn’t just the weightloss that was dope to see but the respect level also

The respect that he gained for himself and the inspiration that he gave people

He went from never being a guy that would take his shirt off

To being that guy willing to take off his shirt and show what he worked for

Drop a fire 🔥 if you want this transformation

3 steps to look leaner in pictures and photos

It’s brutal as a man when your stomach makes you look pregnant

Not the best confidence boost when you see yourself on camera…

But here are a few things you can do to start fixing that

1. Admit you fell off

—Sucking it in won’t save you. Own the gut. Only men who face it can fix it.

2. Embrace the discipline

—Getting lean again takes the version of you that used to win. Bring him back.

3. Set real metrics

—Deadlines. Targets. Numbers. It’s a lot easier to accomplish something when there’s deadlines and targets

🔥 Follow if you’re done hiding behind loose shirts and bad angles.

This doesnt have to be a permanent thing… The dope part is you can easily get back what you lost… You can drop the weight again, you can get a six pack this time… You can get the strength back plus a little more this time.. You can get the discipline back plus a little more this time… If you’ve done it once then with help I’m sure you can do even more efficient the second time around… Comment “I’m ready” if you’re trying to get what you lost plus a little bit more💪🏽

Do This To Increase Your Metabolism

One of the main reasons why carbs are important

They indirectly help you keep your muscle

The last thing you want to do is lose weight and lose muscle ❌ not cool

Comment “carbs” if you want to know how many carbs your should eat

J lost 16 pounds in 12 weeks

When J first came to me he was 210 pounds and his clothes were getting tighter

After becoming a father one of his main goals were to be around for his family

He also wanted to get down to 195 and be able to enjoy his vacations this summer

So we had a gameplan while he was on vacation with his foods

We simply put limits on how much food he ate but not necessarily what he ate

This allowed him to keep his progress while he took his vacations

Now he’s hit his weight goal and he’s made the effort to be around longer for his family

Drop a fire 🔥 emoji to show J some love

One of my favorite trainers of all time

Mark is probably one of the top football trainers in Ohio (that’s being humble)

I wanted to go to the NFL soooooo bad growing up and Mark was the guy to get you there

He probably helped half the kids from Ohio get to college for football

We’d go on bus tours to play 7 on 7 in the Midwest, south, and the east coast at different colleges

And the training sessions we had throughout the week were so dope

There was also competition with whatever drills we were doing

Because every kid knew that if you just listen to Mark then you got a chance at doing something big

Growing up I cared less about playing outside and I cared more about training as much as possible

And he is one of the coaches that made that possible for me

We for sure need more people like him 🙏🏽
