With Graduation ending yesterday I just want to say I’m going to really miss this class. This class was my first class as head coach. They have taught me a lot for this point to now. Thank you seniors. Good Luck and Dominate this next task life has for you

We had a Great weekend of Wrestling at the Freestyle and Greco State Tournament.

John Paul Hatgas and Jayzahn Jones Both Become Greco State Champs qualifying them for the National Tournamnt in Fargo North Dakota in July. They placed in the Freestyle state tournament as well and we’ll be competing in both style at Fargo. LJ Mayes and Joey Paletta both won matches for the Bengals

- John Paul Hatgas Champion at 138lbs
-Jayzahn Jones Champion at 144lbs
- Joey Paletta 6th at 157lbs

Freestyle State Results

-John Paul Hatgas 3rd at 138lbs
-Jayzahn Jones 5th at 144lbs

Shepard Charlton and John Jones have Both commited to John Carrol University. Shep will be Wrestling and John will be Playing Football….. for now. They were more than impactful to this program both on the mat and im the classroom. Both were state qualifiers and 3.0 students. Good luck , don’t be a stranger. Love you guys!

Some of the Bene wrestlers competed at the Freestyle and Greco Central Regional qualifier in Louisville Kentucky. They also got to workout at Bellarmine University.

John Paul Hatgas placed 5th in Greco and has Qualified for Nationals in Fargo North Dakota. He also went 5-2 in Freestyle

Devion Coffin went 3-2 in Freestyle
JayZahn Jones went 1-2 in Greco
