Hate to break it to ya..
Exercise is non-negotiable when it comes to living your life to the fullest.
To be frank, it kinda sucks when you first start working out and taking your health seriously. Working out is harder because you're un-conditioned. Eating nutritious food is difficult because you're used to the 'typical American diet'.
It's easy to not go to the gym and pick up food on the way home. It's hard to wake up before work, exercise, and eat a nutritious breakfast, same for after work and dinner.
But how often are you complaining about how you feel? How you look or how your clothes fit? Are you ~actually~ taking the proper steps in order to live a lifestyle that will benefit your physical and mental wellbeing?
Yeah it sucks at first. But if you ask anyone you see in the gym who's been doing it for years or decades, I can guarantee you they will say it's all worth it.
With love, stop making excuses, start working out like you mean it and eat the way humans were intended to eat (whole foods)🖤

Introducing Frankly Fit! 🔥🖤
The goal at Frankly Fit is to help others, help themselves. I remember being so lost when I first started into fitness. The more I learned, the more I thought "why doesn't everyone know this?!"
It's so important to find a healthy lifestyle that fits YOUR life. Everyone's story, routine, responsibilities and challenges all differ. I see so many people following what social media trends and fads that don't work for them.
I help my clients find a way to incorporate fitness into their schedules as well aiding them in confidence inside and outside the gym. My clients understand there will be highs and lows, but they also understand that fitness is for LIFE, and the more they persevere, the closer they get to their goals.
Let's Get Real. Health and Wellness is not a joke and the more you put it off.. the closer you get to seeing me at my other job as an EMT 🤷🏼♀️
Going into Frankly Fit I have some online and in person slots available, if you're interested in changing YOUR life, DM me "Frankly Fit" 👀

I get it, I've been there.
I have once
~ wished i could have the body i want and eat what i want
~ wished i didn't have to go to the gym and workout around others ~ complained about how i look but then went and got fast food/ice
cream
~ hated taking pictures
~ not eaten all day but then binged and purged myself at night
~ stared at other girls on instagram and wonder how the f*ck they did it
I have also
~ gone to the gym early to avoid crowds
~ gone to the gym before/after working 9-3 and then 4-10
~ stopped making excuses and started doing
~ learned that food is for pleasure AND fuel
~ had TONS of ups and downs on this journey
~ (the most important one) KEPT GOING.
You will fall back and you will doubt yourself and the process.
But you'll never know if you give up.
Let me help you avoid making some of the mistakes i've made,
I have In person 1:1 training, in person small groups, and online 1:1 training available now, DM me to reserve your spot for the New Year🎉

If you're afraid of being uncomfortable, you're afraid to grow.
6 years ago, I found myself in front of the mirror way too often being so unhappy with how I looked. I was uncomfortable in my own body.
I remember the day I truly decided that I was going to make a change. I told myself I didn't want to feel like this anymore, so I got myself up, and f*cking worked for it.
Fun fact, I was a "New Year's resolutioner" when I first started working out. (I just never gave up😉)
There were SO many times I felt uncomfortable going to the gym or being at the gym.
For a while I went in the mornings at 6 am to avoid a busy crowd, and work out with less people around to avoid being "judged or looked at"
I remember doing exercises and thinking "Omg I'm doing this wrong people are staring I look so stupid"
I remember feeling like the work I was putting in wasn't doing anything (mainly because I was still eating like 🚮)
I remember looking at other girls in the dumbbells section and be jealous of their confidence.
Those are just some things that made me uncomfortable going to the gym, but I pushed through, I kept going.
And now, working out is my escape. I've gotten so comfortable in the gym, I put my headphones on and I am in my own world. Because who f*cking cares what others are thinking?!
If I never would have made myself be uncomfortable in the gym, I would still be uncomfortable in my own body. Which one do you prefer?
1:1 in person and online training available
