*out of touch , out of focus* 😮‍💨 So! A few years ago I decided to do shadow work , if you guys not familiar with shadow work , the best way I can explain it is looking at your darkest self , the self you keep in a tiny box , locked far away , the parts of you really don’t want to acknowledge ..

But one thing I focused on was projection … I learned that I was an complimentary projector , I just always assumed the ppl around had the same vision , abilities & expectations I had & that allowed me to understand why some/few/most connections I thought I had/wanted would back fire on me ..

& It’s 2024 & I’m making this post because Im starting back my healing journey from scratch & I know it’s somebody that NEEDS TO read this post and put in the work to heal their own soul ..

The world just need so much healing , so much knowledge , mental health is something the ppl , especially our culture that refuse to seek help - a healthy mind becomes a great life ✨🌱

Yesterday I was otp with my mother & she sends me a picture of the moon, just in case I couldn’t see it on my side of town, thinking it was a full moon , but yet it was such beautifully big waxing gibbous 😌🔥

As a aspiring business owner - I’m learning professionalism is the most important part of your business next to being consistent ..

Dealing with ppl that NEVER STARTED A BUSINESS or did anything pertaining entrepreneurship wouldn’t understand why or how We not responding in a timely manner or the mishaps and turn arounds that could happen in a blink of an eye ..

Be kind always , you don’t know what’s it’s like trying to start something you’re proud of & dealing with ppl that don’t see the vision or have the patience , it’s draining on top of the battle of staying motivated and focus …

If you know somebody in business , starting a business or apart of the entrepreneur world , tell them you’re proud of them & tell them to keep going , s* gets hard and it becomes burden … and as a adult life already be beating our a* , SO! as friends and family , clients and customers , be respectful to those that’s actually works their business & cant hire employees to deal with y’all attitudes, cause it’s just the beginning of THE BLACK EXCELLENCE , root for us , not drain us 🧚🏽‍♀️‼️🤞🏾

I lost people back to back & that right there had me down and out , I sat in grief & was f***** up , mentally & emotionally …

The hardest thing isn’t seeing your loved ones in a casket , but having to go through life afterwards feeling alone ,

It’s takes the authentic out of your soul , like you’re left gasping for air , seeking validation , wondering & wishing exactly where you stand in the lives of others just to fill a void of grief …

One thing I wish somebody installed in me growing up .. “The death of a close one isn’t the death of your soul” …

Iont know too many ppl that lost a handful of ppl in the amount of time that I have - so I never expected nobody to understand - but I yearned for the presence of the living and was stuck with the voices …
