2022 National Qualifier Champion 🥊

Had a great weekend at completing their Level 2 certification course!
The certification is a systematic musculoskeletal assessment and data-based exercise program design process. Learning to perform more than 50 skeletal alignments, joint range of motion, and muscular length-tension relationship measurements.
Thank you to everybody that helped out with the course!
Core Crusher 🔥
Exercise: TRX push up to pike
▶️ Keep the core and glutes engaged throughout the movement and don’t let those hips drop!
After achieving proper form and mechanics for an exercise like the push up, you can then get creative and make the exercise more challenging!
Here I am performing a Swiss ball push up with my feet elevated on a bosu ball...both unstable surfaces challenging my core and proprioception.

Core work with 🔥
Our core is meant to resist movement...not create it. Anti-rotation exercises help to stabilize the spine and hips during movement, which results in a strong base to perform other exercises.
