Authentik Movement isn’t just for the kids!

We’re adding a NEW Adult Ninja class on Thursdays from 7:30–8:30 PM!

Ninja is such a fun and powerful way to challenge yourself physically and mentally. You’ll build strength, learn new skills and push outside your comfort zone… while playing like a kid 😄.

Whether you’re a parent who’s ready to stop watching from the sidelines or you’re simply looking for a fun new way to move - this class is for you!!

No ninja background needed. Our adult athletes range from 16+ into their 50s and 60s, so don’t count yourself out! We always work from the basics to build proper strength!

We also offer:

Monday: Adult Functional Bootcamp
Wednesday: Adult OCR Training
Thursday: NEW Adult Ninja

Come try something different and see what you’re capable of.

Registration is now open!

BIG CHANGES ARE COMING TO AUTHENTIK!

Here’s what’s new:

• Registration, memberships and payments are moving to a platform called iClassPro
• Youth Ninja enrollment will continue automatically every four weeks—no more re-registering after every six-week session
• New class options and updated class/Open Gym times
• Adult Ninja: Thursdays, 7:30–8:30 PM | Ages 16+ | All experience levels
• Unlimited Open Gym add-on for active class members: $50

One important reminder as you register: please choose the class that matches your Ninja’s listed age and level. Unless approved by Coach Pj.

We understand that siblings and friends sometimes want to stay together, but our athletes grow best when they train with the group that fits their age, readiness and current skill level. Our updated schedule includes back to back class times to make it easier for siblings to attend the same day while still being placed in the appropriate class for them.

If your Ninja may be ready to move beyond Beginner, talk with Coach PJ before selecting Beginner/Intermediate. We want every athlete challenged, progressing and placed where they can get the most from their training.

There will be no Youth Ninja classes September 28th–October 4th while we transition to the new schedule. Open Gym and Adult Bootcamp will continue that week

Everything begins October 5th.

Questions or unsure where your Ninja belongs?

Reach out before registering.

We’ll help you find the right fit!

REGISTRATION IS OFFICIALLY OPEN FOR YOUTH NINJA CLASSES STARTING OCTOBER 5TH.

🇺🇸 YES—we’re open today!

Labor Day may mean a day off from school or work but we still need to get the energy out! We’ll be holding all regularly scheduled Ninja classes and open gym(6:30-8:00pm) tonight to help our athletes stay active and keep their routines going. We’ll see you at the gym!

⚡ TEAM TRYOUTS ARE COMING UP!

Tryouts will be held Friday, September 18. If your athlete plans to attend and hasn’t been registered yet, please register now so our coaches know who to expect!

And one more exciting update… 👀

Our next Ninja session begins October 5th and we’re making enrollment easier for our families! We’ll be moving away from repeatedly registering for separate six-week sessions and transitioning to continuous enrollment with four-week billing. That means less re-registering, fewer opportunities to lose your child’s class spot, and a more consistent training routine. AND more class times/days available to choose from. We are putting the final touches on all of this and will let you know when registration opens up.

More information will be coming soon!

💪🏼💥

WORLD FINALS | DAY 1 !!

The venue is set, the courses are ready & it’s officially time!

Our Authentik Movement athletes have made it to the FINA World Finals at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch them take on the biggest stage of the season.

Months (and for many, years) of hard work, sore hands, and countless hours in the gym have led to this moment.

Good luck to all of our athletes competing today.

Let’s do this! 💪🏼
