Thursday Oct. 22nd 6-7pm
Join Savannah in the Gateway District (between Progressive Field and Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse) for an outdoor yoga flow. With your $25 ticket you also get a free ticket to an upcoming CAVS game, a $15 Athleta shop card, and $5 from every ticket is a donation to Zen Works Yoga, a program that provides yoga and mindfulness to our local schools.

Looking at the week ahead 🍁
Beyond our regularly scheduled yoga and barre classes (remember, new classes have been added!) we have 2 great events this week.
Thursday - Yoga Strong in Gateway Plaza in Partnership w the CAVS. Join Savannah this Thursday in Cleveland, Oct. 15, 6-7pm For an outdoor flow (if weather doesn't permit class is moved onto the main court in the Fieldhouse). The most common thing we hear at the studio is that new students feel uncomfortable not knowing the basics and going into class feeling "blind."
We get that!
If that's you join us in Canton on Sunday Nov 15th 1:00-2:30pm for a Beginner's Yoga Workshop (+ 2 weeks unlimited). This workshop will go over in great detail the common postures that show up in (almost) every class. The foundational vinyasa poses, and warriors. We will leave some time for relaxation, savasana, and questions.
As an added bonus students who attend this workshop will receive 2 weeks of unlimited classes at the studio so they can put their newfound skills into work.

6-7pm All levels Vinyasa Flow on the Plaza.(this will replace the in studio class with Savannah - so catch her outside!)
You get 1 ticket to an Upcoming Cavs game included.
$10 from every ticket sold is donated to ZENworks Yoga, a company that puts yoga and mindfulness in Cleveland public schools.
