Parma Flyers PW1 2018-19

The importance of giving back:

This season the Parma Flyers Peewee 1 team raised money for the Greater Cleveland Food Bank via a season-long goal-a-thon. Flyers players and families solicited donations based on the number of goals scored, and with a total of 168 goals scored, the Peewee 1 team raised $4,703.80!!

Tonight the Peewee 1 team delivered their monetary donation and stayed to donate their time helping packs bags of food for the Cleveland Food Banks’s Backpack Program, which allows the Food Bank to provide children with food to take home over the weekend. The Flyers helped pack nearly 10,000 meals!!!

Thanks to all our sponsors for helping these young kids learn the importance of volunteering their time and donating to those less fortunate.
