Feeling like I’m getting back to myself these days. Quarter #1 was rough to say the least, I just smiled anyway. Had a talk with myself and said, “Who’s going to take care of Miesha”?!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and I’ve committed this month to taking better care of myself. I’m in immense pain every single day, but you would never know it. I’m stressed to capacity trying to keep my businesses alive but you would never know it. I say all that to say, you never know what a person is dealing with behind a smile. Take time to take care of yourself… you can’t pour from an empty cup!
