Here’s to the last game the boys play as the Indians. 106 years of tradition and amazing baseball, this team brought love and faith to its city, it brought hope and heartbreak…but this team will forever be my Tribe! We are just now a tribe of Guardians! ⚾️


Cheers to a new era, to a name the city supports and to the boys on the field 🥂🍻


Can’t wait to see what The Guardians can do next year and moving forward, you bet your ass I’ll still be at the games!

🤔🤔🤔🤔

Think about the last time you picked something heavy up off the floor. Did you set up your feet and body like you do when you squat, or were your feet wider than usual, maybe a foot rotated out and the other straight? 🧐 In our everyday life we don’t always think about picking something up with “good form”. Most people, those who aren’t pro powerlifters, don’t think about foot position and bracing when picking something up. So to make sure we stay strong in all planes of motion, we need to train that way! 💪🏽


Changed up my foot position on squats today. One leg stepped slightly forward the other rotated out to the side, and spine slightly rotated. Give it a shot and work in multiple planes of movement in your training!
