Here is the start of the Ares Alpha map we will be using. We are adding more to it as we prepare for the event. As we said before the app isn’t required, but it’s going to be very helpful seeing who owns those flags during the gameplay and finding other hidden items that will pop up randomly during play.

The more players we get, it gives us a better idea on how to run a bigger milsim when we comeback to the Den next year.

A couple of our staff went out to the airsoftden today to scope out how we wanna set up our Green vs Tan. And we’re glad we did, there is so much more to this field than what you can see from satellite imagery. So much so that we’re adding things that we couldn’t do at previously just because of size restraints. We expect to see all of you out there on Aug 29th.

Remember, this is a Pre Registration event with faction restrictions. There will be no walk ons allowed.

Ares Alpha will be used during our Green Vs Tan event. We will be using the Ares Mini boxes for control points as well as using the app to battle track. It is not required for you to have the app for the game, however it will be extremely helpful to find squad mates, objectives, and your closest respawn point. With as big of a property as The Den, we expect it to be very useful. It is a free app so you don’t have to pay anything for it.

So lets drop some facts....
1. The field/property was not for sale on the open market, was not listed.
2. The new owner(Dan's brother) bought it through back channels lawyer/nda with an address that came back to Dan's Dad. Prior owners thought it was Dan's Dad helping Dan out.
3. We had great relationship with the prior owner. They loved what we where doing.
4.By time we found out what was going on, it was too late. We tried to work with him but it was apparent he was after our field the whole time. When we decided we're going to have to get out, he rushed us out. Trying to get as much of our stuff as he could. We took what we could. It was getting colder and we had to leave alot of our structures there. Those where never part of his purchase. But he got our structures, even caught him stashing props to try to keep. Class act!
5.our long term plans where to purchase the property but decided to put money into the parking lot and check in first. Also the new rental fleet. We felt no urgency since prior owner was happy with our arrangements. Always paid everything on time and took care of the field.
We also had/have so much materials that where going into the actual field.
This is how he treats family, think that one out.
We started this from scratch, didnt have to legally steal someone else's.
IF you don't see that this is messed up, we are not the same! That is ment in the most disrespectful way possible!
Now we lick our wounds and move forward in our original mission....that is having fun playing,building the community and innovating new airsoft stuff.

We may not have a field to have events on, but that doesn’t mean we can use someone else’s field right? The Den Airsoft is letting us run our famous Green vs Tan event on their property the way we always run our events with our ruleset. We are beyond grateful that they have given us this opportunity and we expect to see all of you out there on Aug 29th.

As we said when this new journey began, we would continue to update players with new information as it came. There is a new business conducting operations at Sektor7's old location with the name of "Cleveland Airsoft". The owner of this business lied to the land owners, forced an NDA on them to purchase our property from beneath us, all while under the alias of doing it as a "gift". This property that we once called home with you all is now being filled, and built on with lies, betrayal, and with an ownership who will not only undermine you, but turn his back on you. We are Sektor7, we stay committed to what we have built no matter where we are, but just know it ain't here.
