Belle here! Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Margie's Hope for the acknowledgement during their Trans Day of Visibility event. It's an honor to be a part of this community and to be able to do what we do every day. Every day feels like a dream.

To all of our clients: this wouldn't be possible without you. Every day you trust us to guide you, support you, laugh with you, advise you and so much more. I still can't believe I get to wake up and spend my days connecting with so many beautiful people and watching you grow in confidence and power.

Hi friends!!! I wanna introduce you to G, he's been a client of mine for a bit now.

Because it's the new year, his insurance program asked him to do a yearly check up with his doctor and of course you know that means measurements and all the uncomfortable testing. Understandably, he had a bit of anxiety going into it. In the past, they have focused a little too much on how much he weighs, not his actual well-being and health.

But he had the confidence to go in and get his yearly check up and would you know it, EVERYTHING across the board improved! All the numbers, especially the blood pressure went in the direction that he wanted. The kicker? His weight hasn't changed at all.

I'm extremely proud of the work he's put in for himself and I'm really happy he's getting the feedback that affirms his journey thus far. Wellness can be fun, it can be safe, and it doesn't have to focus on what you weigh.

Thanks for letting us be a part of your wellness journey and here's to kicking more ass in the future!

Hi friends! This is Chloe and she's a current client of ours. Today she came in and told me that she took part in a bo***ir shoot for the first time. Understandably, she was a little nervous to participate, but this was really important to her! So she faced her fear and embodied vulnerability, sensuality, and power. Safe to say, she absolutely slayed the photoshoot. 💅🏽🔥

After looking at the photos she realized just how much she's changed since starting with us and how much she's fallen in love with her body, especially her back muscles! 💪🏼 The photoshoot team also raved about them and she kept shouting "BODY BY AMPLIO!!!!"

We share this story with Chloe's permission because it's just one example of how lucky we are to be a part of our client's journey. Thank you for sharing this amazing story Chloe and we can't wait for the next shoot!

🔥 Hi friends, we are excited (and very anxious) to announce that we am debuting my Firebending class next weekend! It will be the pilot class, running through the program and asking for feedback so we are offering it at a discount!

Have you ever seen Avatar the Last Airbender? Have you always wanted to learn to Firebend? Now is your chance!!! We've developed a class that has taken inspiration from the show, it's root in Northern Shaolin Kung Fu and my own person flair to make an intensive, hour long course. Your legs will be shaking and your mind will be focused!

We're back back back again with our New Year's discount for new clients! This time period can be an immense source of change, reflection, and let's be honest...pressure.

We want to state that no matter what, be true to yourself. There is a lot of misinformation and social pressure to reinvent yourself for the New Year, and if you want to that's amazing! But it's also amazing if you don't want to.

Whatever your feelings are about New Years, our studio just wants to make sure you are doing things that are right for you. And that means our trainers are ready to provide you with guidance, support, affirmations, and accountability with whatever journey you may set out on!
