National Service Territories and Sea Scouts - Sea Scouts BSA Introducing the new National Service Territory Boatswains and Commodores. Territories will replace Regions and Areas in the BSA hierarchy.

The Rock and Roll Regatta is a bi-annual Koch Cup Qualifier, in National Service Territory 9.
It is open to any Sea Scouts currently registered to Sea Scout Ships.

UPDATE: The Koch Cup has officially been rescheduled for summer of 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All teams that were invited to participate in the regatta, will get to keep their spot.
Because of this, the next running of the Rock and Roll Regatta will be 2022.

After receiving and considering input from many participants the Board of Directors of the William I. Koch International Sea Scout Cup Association, Inc. has chosen to postpone the 2020 Koch Cup until the summer of 2021. We feel this is the safest and most responsible action to take due to the COVID-19 pandemic. See full details on the Koch Cup website - http://seascoutcup.org
