Julie Brown is a Certified Sivananda Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level. She has been practicing yoga since the beginning of 2008.

We’re taking our practice outside — right to the edge of the Cuyahoga River. This all-levels class brings movement, balance, and community together in one of Cleveland’s most unique spots.

You’ll stretch, strengthen, and reset with approachable poses and steady pacing led by our very own Julie Brown. Whether you’re newer to yoga or looking to refine your flow, this class is about feeling good in your body and enjoying the space around you.
