There's a dark-horse destination for Jonathan Kuminga, and it looks like it's the Cavaliers

The Athletic's Dan Woike revealed that the Cavs are the team most-often connected with the young forward other than the Lakers.

Kuminga could slot in and be the starting small forward for a team that has a huge hole there for what feels like the past few years.

He can also slide over to the 4 and play alongside either Evan Mobley or Jarrett Allen.

The fit looks wonky on paper, given that his three-point shot isn't consistent enough to warrant a lot of attention,
But his abilities as a play-finisher and shot creator could be useful for the Cavs.

If the Lakers and Kuminga aren't going to agree on a number,
The Cavs could swoop in possibly fill that hole at small forward finally.

The Cavaliers are still firmly in the mix for LeBron James. 👀

According to Shams Charania, after speaking with Rich Paul this morning, his understanding is that the focus remains on three teams: the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat, and Philadelphia 76ers.

Cleveland has been here before. This is where LeBron was drafted, where he fulfilled his promise by bringing home the franchise's first NBA championship, and where one final chapter could complete the story.
