Today is the day, my last class at The Movement Factory! Starts at 11:00am and we are going non stop for one hour to all your favorite routines! I am so thankful for being able to teach at TMF, thank you Alyssa and everyone for coming to my classes! All of you are amazing! See you at 11:00am!

Tonight at The Movement Factory is my last Wednesday class at 7:00pm... 😞 I'm hoping to see everyone tonight to tear up the dance floor! Don't forget Saturday is my last class and we will be going for one hour straight with no breaks!! Playlist is ready for tonight! See you there!

Also on March 6th TMF is hosting a 2 hour 80's Zumbathon from 6-8pm for the charity Girls with Sole! I will be teaching along with some of the best Zumba instructors! See you tonight!
