Barto's Browns Tailgate

It’s that time of year again…. Where sleeping in on Sundays is no longer an option on game day! Hope springs eternal and you can always tell because I got down here at 5:15 and I’m the 8th car in line AFTER some of the bigger tailgates already snuck in the lot and are set up! Cars are lining up down the street already and the game isn’t until 4:25!!!

For those joining the tailgate, we are at our normal spot second row, closer to Lakeside. Not sure when the lot will open, but it’s going to be rocking!

Menu today is a good old fashioned Texas BBQ:

Smoked beef brisket
Texas hot links
Chicken hot links
Mac and cheese
Baked beans
Coleslaw
Cornbread
Mexican corn
Sausage and cheese stuffed banana peppers
Breakfast burritos
Sausage bread
Beer cheese dip
Buffalo chicken dip
Brownies
And of course, Pinnacle Whipped soaked Touchdown grapes!!

The drink of the day is the official drink of Texas - margaritas!!!
