Crisp fall weather calls for a cozy Fall yoga session and a crisp Oktoberfest brew! 🍻 Join me Sunday, September 7th for an all- levels yoga class and community at Bookhouse Brewing . Yoga will be held at 11am! Then, you are invited to stay after to enjoy a beverage and unwind (NA options available!)

Are you ready for it? Strong Flow (Taylor's version)
Join me and for a special yoga event as we shake it off to some of our favorite Swiftie songs. Spend 75 minutes surrounded by people with a passion for pop, as we flow through music inspired by every one of Taylor’s Eras. After class, stay to make friendship bracelets for yourself or someone else (bracelet materials provided, BYOB encouraged). The yoga class is appropriate for all levels, so it’s nice to have a friend (or lover). Register by June 9 to vote on your favorite albums/ songs to be played!

Oh, the weather outside is frightful, but the fire is so delightful. Since there's no place to go.... let's do some yoga together! I'll be teaching free yoga via facebook live Saturday (12/24) morning at 10:30 AM. This will be a gentle flow for all levels, so feel free to invite family and friends. Bring a blanket, and we'll use it in different poses!

Class will happen over on Facebook Live (My page is also Kit Does Yoga. I'll link it in my stories). Feel free to join a few minutes early to work out any technical issues and say Hi! Classes will run approximately 45 minutes to allow for a self-guided savasana.

On November 6, we roll back the clocks and have an extra hour. Why not use that hour for some yoga, local beer, and community?!
