Our NEH participants seeing and touching the Mississippi River at the 1927 Mounds Landing levee break site, and reading the story of Holt Collier, who took President Theodore Roosevelt on the great bear hunt, at Live Oak Cemetery in Greenville, MS.

What are we up to? These last few weeks we have been exploring the Delta and preparing for our upcoming NEH workshop .

We had a wonderful time with the Robertson Scholars attending the first night of the Clarksdale Culture Capital festival. Big thanks to the Riverside Hotel for such a lovely tour!
