New schedule for team Jucão - Clifton Park. We welcome new instructor Nash Hylton, along with our current instructors Chuck March and Bruce Cheney. This is just the adult schedule , kids schedule stays the same.

Professor Jucao Seminar at Team Jucao Scotia February 25th. Kids Seminar starts at 12, Adult Seminar at 1:30, Private lessons available 9am, 10, and 11. First come first served. If you plan on coming let Professor Nels or Alan know asap. Its 25 dollars for kids and 80 dollars for adults. Don't miss this chance to train with a world champion and a true master of Jiu Jitsu
