STOTT PILATES Cadillac Teacher Training weekend #1 done and dusted!
What a fun weekend of learning new things and solidifying these teachers desire to help others move mindfully. Everyone agreed- the Cadillac is fun!
You can find these newly trained instructors in the studio practicing and getting ready for student teaching. Reach out for a practice session with one of them or schedule a private session with one of the studios awesome instructors.

“Did you love that!!”…of course we did!! 👏

Did you know you can strengthen and stabilize your hips, knees & ankles doing jump board lateral exercises. Who knew you could jump and work your frontal plane at the same time on the reformer!!

Amazing work for all athletes especially skiers, dancers, basketball & soccer players. Whose in?!?! ⚽️ 🏀🎾🏈
